Join SNC educators for fun, educational programs that provide an in-depth look at our local ecosystem. You will learn all about Logan Canyon, our National Forest, and the natural world through hikes, workshops, and hands-on experiences for every learner.

Stokes Bug Crew

We are looking for volunteers to join the Stokes Bug Crew (A Citizen Science initiative)! We have lots of fun exploring in nature while contributing to pollinator research. All ages are welcome. Must be accompanied by an adult if under 16. Send email to americorps@logannature.org to join our volunteer email list.

Did you miss out on our Maple Tapping Workshop? We’ve got your back! You can find the workshop slides here and check out our video tutorial.

We’re working with researchers to collect data on the trees YOU tap! This data will be used in conjunction with environmental data collected by the network of weather stations managed by the Utah Climate Center to expand the Maple Syrup Industry within the Western United States.

For all SNC community programs requiring pre-registration or payment, no refunds are given for cancellations within 48 hours of the program. We understand this might be difficult as things come up, so you are welcome to transfer your registration or ticket to another person if you are unable to make it. Thank you for understanding!
