Stokes Nature Center offers a charmingly unique setting for any type of event.

 Whether you are hosting a corporate reception, holiday party, birthday party, lecture, workshop, or small business conference, Stokes Nature Center is the place to book your event!

*Non-profits & educational institutions are eligible for membership pricing upon approval*

Renter Responsibilities:

Remove all food and decorations
Remove your trash and take it with you. SNC has minimal garbage space
Remove everything you bring with you
NO SMOKING inside or outside
Please do not disturb the wildlife
No pets indoors (service animals are always welcome)

Maximum indoor occupancy: 90 people
Maximum outdoor occupancy: 150 people

Fees (Members)

For small parties, events, and business meetings

  • $60 per hour

  • $50 refundable damage deposit

  • Up to 2 activity packets included for free as part of the rental

  • 25% of total reservation non-refundable reservation deposit (applied to rental fees)

Fees (NON-Members)

For small parties, events, and business meetings

  • $75 per hour

  • $50 refundable damage deposit

  • Up to 2 activity packets are available for your event at a rate of $25 per packet (maximum of $50)

  • 25% of total reservation non-refundable reservation deposit (applied to rental fees)

 

Includes restrooms, tables (listed below), and up to 80 chairs.

An LCD projector is available for an additional $40.

Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance. The center is not available for rentals during our public hours, Feb-April, Fri-Sun 10 am-2 pm and May-Nov, Fri-Sun 10 am-4 pm. The Center may be inaccessible during winter months due to snow cover.
