Join Stokes Nature Center and local expert, Adam Brewerton, to learn about our local hummingbirds, what makes them so special, and the vital role they play in our environment as part of Pollinator Week 2025. Maple Tapping Resources and Info
Did you miss out on our Maple Tapping Workshop? We’ve got your back! You can find the workshop slides here and check out our video tutorial.
We’re working with researchers to collect data on the trees YOU tap! This data will be used in conjunction with environmental data collected by the network of weather stations managed by the Utah Climate Center to expand the Maple Syrup Industry within the Western United States.

Cancellation policy
For all SNC programs requiring pre-registration or payment (with the exception of preschool, summer camps, or unless otherwise stated), refunds will be deducted 5% of the total cost to cover processing fees. No refunds are given for cancellations within 48 hours of the program. We understand this might be difficult as things come up, so you are welcome to transfer your registration or ticket to another person or convert your payment into a tax deductible donation if you are unable to make it. Thank you for understanding!
