In the fall of 2023, the Board and Executive Director of the Allen and Alice Stokes Nature Center (SNC) launched a strategic planning process designed to continue shoring up the foundation of this much-loved organization, guide it through the wealth of opportunities for growth that lie before it, and address challenges they may face as they embrace those possibilities. This process built upon prior efforts in 2017, 2018, and 2020.
