Stokes Nature Center offers a unique setting for any type of event. Meet at the lower gate and walk up the trail together or plan to meet directly at the center.

Whether you are hosting a corporate reception, holiday party, birthday party, lecture, workshop, or small business conference, Stokes Nature Center is the place to book your event!

Reservation Details:

Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance. The center is not available for rentals during our public visitors hours, Fri-Sun 10am-2pm (Mar/Apr) and Fri-Sun 10am-4pm (May-Nov). Please note: Access to the nature center can be difficult during winter months due to snow and ice conditions on roads and trails.

Renter Responsibilities:

  • Remove all food and decorations.

  • Remove your trash and take it with you. SNC does not get local waste management service.

  • Take home everything you brought.

  • NO SMOKING inside or outside.

  • Observe but do not disturb local wildlife or plants.

  • No pets (except service animals) allowed indoors.

Fees (Members)

For small parties, events, and business meetings:

  • $60 per hour

  • $50 refundable damage deposit

  • Up to 2 activity packets included for free as part of the rental

  • 25% of total reservation non-refundable reservation deposit (applied to rental fees)

Fees (NON-Members)

For small parties, events, and business meetings:

  • $75 per hour

  • $50 refundable damage deposit

  • Up to 2 activity packets are available for your event at a rate of $25 per packet (maximum of $50)

  • 25% of total reservation non-refundable reservation deposit (applied to rental fees)

All rentals include the use of two restrooms, 4 six-foot long tables, and up to 80 chairs. An LCD projector is available for an additional $40. Please note: There is limited wi-fi access at the nature center. There is parking for guests by the Cache National Forest sign and along the right-hand side of the highway, however, parking space at the nature center itself is limited. Temporary parking passes are available for rental hosts and/or those needing ADA accessibility.
